President’s Tan Talk –  May 2021

Hi everyone,

On a great morning for running at our beautiful venue by the Yarra, it was great to see more familiar faces returning to The Tan, this month including VRR stalwarts Bill and Carol Ryan, great to see them both.
AGM

We held our AGM before (rather than after) The Tan run, given that we are not supposed to hang around, and given that the essence of the message for last year was essentially, “nothing happened” for 11 months!!!
Westerfolds 5k / 10k / Half Marathon

Our first post-COVID fun run, at Westerfolds Park, is on Sunday 23 May. Half Marathon starts at 8am, 5k / 10k start at 8:30am.

It would be great if VRR members could come along to Westerfolds, delays in getting the permit has limited time for promotion, so it would good if you could make it.
